This isn't our first time carrying this Gesha from Guatemala, the sweetness and body this coffee produces in the cup is the reason we keep coming back. We like that this Guatemala doesn't taste as delicate as other Geshas and yields complex florals and fruits.
When brewing this coffee, keep the temp a bit lower. Somewhere around 201-203. We brew a recipe of 20g of coffee to 315g of water on a flat bottom brewer with a slightly finer grind, 3 minutes should put you at the right brew time. Or 18g coffee to 275 on a v60 brewer similar to the flat bottom, fine the grind a tad and let it run around 3:00.
